Zara Houston— Lead Consultant/Founder
Zara Houston is a native Chicagoan who spent 6 years in Springfield, IL for undergraduate and post graduate education—University of Illinois at Springfield. Immediately following her return to the city, Zara found herself busy utilizing and expanding her skillset in the workforce and through her volunteer ventures.
Zara has spent years leading through educating. During her time in corporate America, Zara led several cultural learning groups— one of the last roles served being Chairperson of the national ERG (employee resource group) committee. As an entrepreneur, Zara focuses on education through accessible literature. By offering knowledge to the public, private businesses, and accredited universities, Zara has cultivated a multitude of approaches and skillsets needed to deliver ideal educational courses and certifications.
